Located in the rough center of the massive city, the Central Palace has long been considered the throne of the Galaxy. Many dynastys have ruled Utijar in this palace, thus transforming it into a bustling compound filled with a multitude of servants and bureaucrats, nobles and guards. Important meetings and audiences have occurred in the massive throne room, which is carpeted in royal purple and coated in silver and grey. The Central Palace is and always has been the shining symbol of Utijarian power.

Arthur watches the happenings around him carefully, having just been sent out on guard duty. Clear instructions from the captain told him to walk the perimeter a few times before taking post at the other side of the main entrance, and by this time he'd gone at least a dozen times around the building. Probably more times than the man had wanted.
As he reaches the front of the building, he notices that there was a strange lack of people. Though he assured himself that it was probably just because it was beginning to get dark, not that there was some crazy plan to attack the building. That was just stupid, wasn't it? With a smirk, he moves quietly over to the guard already on duty. The man was nearly asleep, or it looked so as Arthur leaned against the wall a few feet from him. "Just resting your eyes, right?", he teased.

The young duke laughed, "Of course not, it wasn't like anyone got murdered while you napped." Arthur shrugged, crossing his arms over his chest and tilting his face up to stare at the darkening sky. "Anyways, you've probably been out here since early morning. I didn't expect to find you awake."

*Sighs* Yeah..Not much to do out here except look around I guess..Too bad we can't get more people to voulenteer so we don't have to sit around here all day.

"Eh, I enjoy it." Arthur slid down against the wall until he reached the ground and folding his legs underneath him. He may have been a 'prince' and a guard, but the man still had a very... feminine structure. Meaning long, thing legs and arms, and was rather thin. Actually, he was a very... pretty man. If only people knew the truth about him, not really being a him. Instead they just thought he looked weird.
