If you walk over to him, hand him some coins, he will rudely throw the paper to you, completely missing and making you walk a couple feet to get it. "Ugland Dead? The Prime Minister Natural Death?" reads the headline. You quickly read the article saying that the Prime Minister Ugland has past away from assumed natural causes although there has been tension between the UHS and the SGS lately so an assassin could be in the picture.
The article read "The former admiral of the First Fleet of the Archianin Military has officially been promoted Prime Minister until a new one can be elected (about 2 years) and Captain Lus of the 2nd ship of the Royal Fleet has been promoted to Admiral of the First Ship of The Royal Fleet..."
