Hello new Aphelionans! Before you can start role-playing you have to create a character. Creating a character is simple, when you first load up the gome page you should be able to see a thread titled Create a Character. Click that and read the application rules and make sure you understand what it's saying. For example when you make an application you can't use any class you want, you are limited to Soldier, Scoundrel, Pilot, Engineer, and Medic. Along with these classes come traits, you can pick four traits to benefit you character in whatever way you want. When you make you character you can't say Space Pirate with the skills steal, plunder, fire turrets, and om nom nom on harvested squid brains. None of those classes or skills exists! When you are writing you autobiography (2 paragraphs) try to avoid things like "...my parents were mudered...", "...I will avenge the death of my sister..." and "...I'm a bounty hunter..." as these are extremely cliche. Although you can use those we may right off the bat think that you are not creative but, if you really do a good job we will think that you are creative! we want creativity!!!! Grammar and spelling are extremely important as well. We do NOT accept 1337 speak and bad grammar is frowned upon. We want the forum to be as neat and easy to read as possible!
