Definition of Powergaming and Metagaming in your own words: Powergaming is basically taking total control of a situation as kind of a 'god' and making everything go in your favor. Metagaming is usings something out of game to influence in-game actions.

The Founder had a plan in his mind that the Novenans would be good and fight for the right of mind of the galaxy. Project Apocalypse had a different approach to the idea. He disagreed completely, killed the Founder, and took Novenia for himself. Over these years he has built up Novenia and created the Dominion. He plans to spread evil throughout the galaxy and corrupt the lands of other planets.
